The property is situated on its own 5000m2 plot, and you won't have to stare at other cabins from the windows. The property also features an electric car charging station (type 2). Sauna and bathroom: Relax in the villa's own sauna at the end of the day. The spacious bathroom has all the necessary amenities.

Modern amenities: The villa is equipped with all modern conveniences, including WiFi connection (300mb 5G), smart thermostat-controlled underfloor heating, an air heat pump (for heating and cooling), a smart TV, and high-quality appliances.

  • Bed linens, towels, and final cleaning are not included in the price, but you can choose them as additional services.

  • Pets are allowed as long as they are house-trained and not left alone in the apartment. Pet fee 50 € / reservation. Special care must be taken with pets during the stay and for the final cleaning.
